Heir Paper ("we," "us," "our") operates heirpaper.store, selling digital wallpaper collections for desktop and mobile devices. By purchasing from or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
Everything we sell is a digital download — original, AI-assisted oil-painting-style artwork delivered as image files. No physical goods are shipped, and nothing is mailed to you.
When you purchase a collection, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork as a personal wallpaper on devices you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or use the artwork commercially, as part of another product, or in any way that implies endorsement by Heir Paper, without our prior written permission. Heir Paper retains all intellectual property rights in the artwork.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are set in AUD; other currencies shown on this site are approximate conversions for reference only — the amount you're actually charged is fixed at checkout.
Digital files are delivered by email shortly after successful payment. If you don't receive your download link within a reasonable time, check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@heirpaper.com.
Because these are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. If a file is corrupted, missing, or doesn't match what you purchased, contact us and we'll fix it or issue a refund at our discretion.
You may not use this site to attempt fraud, file bad-faith chargebacks, or interfere with how the store operates.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
